Absolutely phenomenal shop. The staff is super helpful and was able to get us set up with our favorite hookah we've ever had. The selection is extensive, and they have SO much shisha. We're so lucky to have this shop right around the corner.

Khalil Maamoon hand crafted Egyptian hookahs are top of the line in the industry (they are the most seen in hookah lounges) and I learned the secret that World Smoke Shop is a distributor! Meaning they can give you the best prices - cheaper than any website I saw online! I walked into Hookah Heaven last night and Talal was super helpful. I told him what kind of usage I was looking for and he immediately showed me the beautiful purple one in my photos. He showed me everything about it, let me hold it so I could see the quality, and gave me the best price - I was SHOCKED. It is the same kind you see in lounges and works like a dream - easy to setup and easier to use. I could not be happier with it! If you are looking for a hookah for home use, do yourself a favor and get only the best industry names from here - don't waste your money on cheaper no name hookahs. They have other reputable brands aside from KM here (truly beautiful hookahs), shisha, supplies, accessories, and I was so surprised when I saw their homemade shisha - it smells so fresh as you walk in. I will definitely be coming here for shisha and supplies now that I know about this gem! Thank you, Talal for my setup - I cannot tell you how happy I am with it!

I had a great experience with Salman. He is very respectful, nice, and extremely friendly. He made the whole process pleasant and comfortable, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended!

Very bad old products and bad customer service. I will never go and buy from that smoke shop again. I bought tobacco and when I opened it I found it in black color and very old and stingy. When I bought it they said they will return it or exchange it . I went back to return or exchange and that rude impolite guy with bread refused to return or exchange and said very bad words. That’s not the way to treat customers. That guy with beard is crazy. If you saw him inside the store just run away with your life . I will never ever buy from them again. Bad bad bad. They don’t ever deserve a star.

Highly recommend this place for all smoking needs. My dad was looking for Zaghloul tobacco and this was the only place that had it. Definitely will go here again for tobacco.
