Well the man who worked there said I was mental n it made me cry because I dropped his pen on the floor n he said look at what I’m doing dropping his shit on the floor i told him it must not be that important if he’s calling it shit he was mad at me n called me this hurtful name. When I first showed up I was coming out of an appointment n wanted to stop by but happened to go to the back of the store there’s no way out from that area so I saw the store n the door was open I didn’t know it would be the shop so the man came out n I said oh can I walk through to get to the front n he looked at me and said no go at round which was fine I understood sometimes people have bathroom in the back customers can use so thought it would be ok. Then when I came around to the front about a half hour later I wasn’t in a hurry he said oh you made it then I got to the counter n put my purse on the counter n knocked over his pen. Thats was an aweful experience he wasn’t friendly he was the light skinned man with short black hair n kind of big tall with a belly with mean black eyes anyways yes your store is probably more welcoming than what he provided.

Fast and friendly service. Products are good and their prices are fair. I believe they are under new ownership. Approximately 6-8 months ago, I spoke with a lady that stated she is the new owner and I had the pleasure of meeting her teenaged children. Everyone was so friendly and it was nice to see the excitement amongst them as they embark on this new journey together, as family. Congratulations to you all and I wish you the best and most rewarding experiences as business owners.

One of my favorite smoke shops in the Hd. Good customer service and amazing selection. The prices arent bad either.. all the employees I've ever dealt with there seem to be fairly well educated in most the items and if not fully knowledgeable they're extremely helpful and always help me find the right product. Definitely check them out their super understanding as well if you have questions that seemed like you wouldn't ask the normal smoke shop or something.
