I liked the place and got my last two pieces there. I remember when they opened and they had my kind of papers and fairly priced peices. So I decided I'd be buying my papers there and pipes, it became my go to. Sadly, I just had to buy another pipe in a hurry and catch the bus home and didn't examine the pipe well. I was bummed when I got home because I realized the inside bowl has a big chip on the inside of the bowl as well as a crack that goes around the inside of the bowl. Super disappointed, make sure you examine the pieces thoroughly. Bring a black light, helps find cracks, chips and fractures. I tried to call multiple times and no answer. No way to go back(rode the bus) to try and exchange, no idea if they would. Poor Business practice to put out broke products like that, there's no way they over looked that when buying it themselves. Really disapointed.

I'm only giving four starts because last night I purchased a few of the disposable pen pods and when I got home they were leaking so I tried calling the store seeing as it was late but not quite closing time. No one answered and I called at least ten times. And just now I tried calling both numbers that come up on Google and still no answer. Beyond that I love this store and the people are always super nice and welcoming and willing to answer any questions I happen to have.

Love this shop! I moved to Apple Valley from Hesperia last year and used to frequent 760 Vapor and missed the small town type of customer service and this shop is spot on. Just like others have said they will order anything you're looking for if they don't have it. The customer service is totally stellar! Found my new shop for sure!
