Very clean and well run convenience store. Excellent customer service and as a plus they have Smith Donuts👍 I recently was waited on by a helpful and pleasant clerk, Katrina , who also explained the benefits of the Sullys reward program. Helpful and pleasant clerks. Well stocked and clean convenient store and gas station.👍🇺🇸

That lady Katrina is rude. She dropped my tall can in a plastic bag not knowing how to bag a beer.

The store is always clean the bathrooms are always clean The staff are always professional. Thank you for getting me in and out as quick as possible.

The nice staff are why it gets one star, and the fact that I didn’t actually have to pay for it is the reason it gets the other. I had to stand in line for air for five minutes. Air that’s supposedly three dollars, which it’s actually not. There is no reason anybody should go inside. Why they have to start it from the counter and not yourself from the machine is beyond me

I went to buy tickets for the Kern County Fair from Sully's and I found a michelada mix bottle for $6.99 there was six of them in that location but the cashier didn't want to honor the price advertised so I told him to let me talk to the manager. First the cashier said he was the manager and the price scan was 10.99 and said he can't do anything about it, then as I was walking away the cashier said wait go talk to the manager and pointed towards an employee. I show the guy (manager) the michelada bottle location he saw the price and confirmed it but was trying to say the it wasn't the same brand when I had already tripped checked it!!! He hid the price tag in his pocket and stayed quiet and walked away!!! Worst customer service, I didn't end up buying the fair tickets or the michelada mix.
