This location has been my go to for the last 15+ years, I’ve bought all of my hookahs and vapes from this specific location, I’ve always been pleased with their business until today, I came in to purchase a vape, after I made the purchase I decided I didn’t want the vape I got because I didn’t like it I still had the packaging and receipt but they wouldn’t accept the return. I can say with this experience they lost a long term customer, as long as they get their money is all they care about.

The guy that works here is super nice and friendly, he likes to talk and joke around with customers, I've never seen him treat anyone like a stranger. He Definitely gives off those small town local mom&pop shop kinda vibes lol

I have been shopping at the cigarette world's for 5 years and have always been greeted when I walk in the door, thanked for my business and occasionally am given discounts. I prefer shopping at these smoke shops primarily for the old fashion good customer service. It is hard to be polite 24/7 when you have all different types people shopping there but every time i visit a cigarette world establishment I am always treated like a friend or with respect. 5 stars.

Great Selection! Not the cheapest in Bakersfield but you pay for what you get. They do have top of the line products. If your in Rosedale and don't want to drive far this is the place to go!
