They say they close at 8:30pm it's only 7:48pm and they just turned thier sign off and are closed I'm sitting in my car outside in front of the store I was finishing my dinner and I'm not from here I was going to go in and buy 3 vapes guess I need to find a better place that stays open and doesn't close early. Not very good business for anyone that's not from here looking to buy some vapes, wow!!

The prices were pretty good, but the customer service was HORRIBLE!!! You'd think in times like this when you see a new customer you'd at least treat them nicely. These 3 people who worked here didn't say anything, not hello, how are you or even have a nice day. The only words out of the man's mouth were not yet and 75 cents... Sad... Will I go back hard saying but if you don't care about customer service, but looking for a nice lil smoke shop this is it...

I've been coming to this place for two months 4 days ago I paid $5 for a piece that I need for my vape, went back 4 days later and bought the same piece overcharging me talking about for taxes. SMH suddenly a customer walks in and ask for his wife attendances said I could help you; customer says no. I rather speak to your wife after we got done telling him we wanted to talk to his wife because of his disgusting and horrible attitude. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Went in looking for a Vapor pen. And was treated so rude. Asked to see it and they showed it to me. It wasn't what I was looking for for the price so I passed. Was then told "why ask to see it if you're not going to buy it." Worst customer service ever. I used to go at least twice a week all they do is set there on the phone ignoring u while they watch t.v. the young guy there is polite at least

Prices are decent, customer service is just okay but then again I’m always in and out within a minute or two and not there to socialize so I honestly don’t mind it at all. Loyal customer for sure.
