Andrew was so helpful, Patient, kind, and just awesome over all. I repeatedly asked him to let me see certain products that were behind the counter and not one time did he ever have an attitude and always had a smile on his face! My husband and I have officially found the 1 and only best and new favorite, ONLY FAV smoke shop in the whole OC! Not only for the products but mainly for the impeccable customer service from Andrew he definitely needs a raise! I would give him one for sure! I actually didn't even plan on spending any money just looking around and spent almost $100! Thank you so much Andrew💯💯🫶

My wife and I were in Brea the other day running errands and happened to stop by this lil smoke and vape shop, with no real intention to buy anything. Once inside I found that this was no ordinary shop. It was clean, no funny smells, but most importantly it had a plethora of products! Some of, ive seen before, but alot of stuff was new to me. We were in there for a good hour looking around at all the great products and having all of our questions answered politely with nothing but patience and kindness. Unlike other smoke shops, where they are rude after about 3min of shopping. So I wanna give a big, thank you to Andrew. For all the help and knowledgeable information on the products that we inquired about. And we ended up spending close to a $100. The customer service was A1 and the products top quality. No pressure to purchase or leave. thank you Andrew! My wife and I will for sure be returning. This is the following you're my favorite shop! Thank you Andrew!'

What is Angie by the way my name is Christine Taylor and I just left the best ab smoke shop in Brea I accidentally dropped a new hundred-dollar bill and Andrew immediately jumped into action called his boss they looked at the cameras found $100 and 100% honesty

Amanda has helped me twice to pick out different vape pens and both experiences have been beyond amazing! She’s extremely experienced on what she’s selling you and does not budge you to buy the most expensive item, but exactly what you’re looking for. She’s an amazing employee and I will continue shopping here. I’ve also been helped by others before who are also great and always very polite. Thank you Amanda for your wonderful service!!
