Why tou would want to lose a customer over $6 I can't imagine but the employee working this evening thought it was a solid business decision. I bought the wrong item and didn't ask for a receipt paid cash, my fault totally. I asked if I could exchange it for the one I needed he was skeptical, I said you can check the cameras "I dont have access". Can you call the guy that was here this morning? I texted my boss he said no. When smoke shops are a dime a dozen in this town, seems like a pretty silly reason to lose a customer and risk a bad review, to each his own. The cigar shop at the corner of Victory and Olive just wasn't open that early but they rock and Danny wouldn't have had a problem with it. I'm here right now! Good job Blvd smokes, paid $6 so anybody looking for a shop now knows where to go, smoke shop with cigar sign on victory and olive, and where not to, Blvd smokes. I'll update if they fix this.

Had good flavors and selection up until about a week ago. Came today and they only had 2 flavors of UT Bar. Taking my business 4 miles down glenoaks in glendale where they have everything i need until blvd can restock on the items i used to purchase. :(
