I am compelled to express my disappointment and frustration with a recent encounter at this smoke shop, which I have patronized frequently. On one occasion, I was short on funds for my usual cigarette purchase, and Tonya, the cashier, kindly called the manager to request approval for a price adjustment, which I subsequently repaid. Approximately a month later, I was experiencing a mental health crisis and requested a store credit, which Tonya agreed to without consulting with her supervisor. However, I inadvertently forgot to settle my account the following day. Upon my return to rectify the situation and offer a gesture of goodwill, I was informed by Henry, one of the managers, that Tonya felt uncomfortable around me due to my alleged rudeness. I was taken aback by this accusation, as it is entirely out of character for me. As someone who has maintained a nine-year tenure as an assistant manager at one of my jobs, a ten-year tenure in customer service at Crypto Arena, and a home care provider for disabled and senior individuals, I take great pride in my integrity, principles, and respectful treatment of others. I am disturbed that Tonya would besmirch my character and that her supervisor would support her claims without conducting a thorough investigation. I requested that Henry review the security footage to corroborate my account of the events. In light of this experience, I have lost trust in this establishment and do not intend to return. I understand that Tonya may have felt apprehensive about providing store credit, but I take umbrage with her decision to disparage my character. I expect a higher level of professionalism and respect from the businesses I patronize.I found this a assault and I don’t appreciate her lying on me .

This store provides a great experience. The customer service was friendly, helpful, and patient. They really took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed and the prices were surprisingly affordable compared to other places I’ve shopped. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family.

People are nice but I've been charged 3 different prices for the same product. 13 dollars, then 15 dollars and today 9 dollars. Kinda feels like I'm getting scammed. Probably won't go here again

This spot is awesome! I come here all the time. The entire staff here is awesome and friendly. Tonya is especially super nice and helpful! Lucky to have this as my local smoke shop!
