Loved my visit to Gitanas! The food hit the spot and the people working there were so nice. Super chill environment, fast service, and everything tasted great. Hookas are also great. If you’re in Burbank, you should definitely check it out.

Walked in to a somewhat empty restaurant. Employees watched as we wondered around trying to figure out where we go to be seated because nothing was clearly marked. The food however was fantastic and I highly recommend the steak and fries!

Good food ruined by terrible service. 1 hour wait for our order to be taken. Had to wait for the check for another hour only to be forced into paying an 18% gratuity which was never mentioned before hand. Once I was forced to pay this gratuity they had the audacity to ask for an additional tip on top of it.

Great chill place to hang out and watch games. Great food options that actually taste good and a full bar. Great coffees and teas too!

Waited an hour for the food and it was overcooked and soaked in dressing. The hookah they took 45 minutes to bring out and never changed the charcoal even though I asked no less than 10 times for more charcoal. I regret going back to this place it has turned into an absolute disaster from a customer service and quality standpoint. This is no way to treat a customer and shrug it off when I complain about how bad the service is. There is definitely a lot of improvement in service. Had to revise.
