We had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Terrace Restaurant & Lounge. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and professional, making sure our entire party felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening. Managing a large group is not easy, but they handled everything seamlessly. The food was outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented, fresh, flavorful, and very delicious! Everyone in our party was impressed with their meals, and we received countless compliments on the restaurant choice. The atmosphere was elegant, comfortable, and perfect for celebrating a special occasion. What stood out most was the level of hospitality. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly - especially Maria, allowing us to relax and enjoy the celebration with our family and friends. We will definitely be back and will gladly recommend this restaurant to others looking for great food, exceptional service, and a beautiful dining experience.

The food was very basic and underwhelming, not worth the price. The service was worse- staff argued next to our table, greeted us in Russian before switching to English when we didn't understand. Yes, there was greenery on the walls and ceiling, a nice visual, but the space was tiny. Worse, we had two large tables for about 100 guests total, and instead of serving both tables at once, they served one table first and only brought food to the other half 30 minutes later. They should have served everyone at the same time. The "dance floor" was just a walkway-staff carrying plates right through us.

The good reviews are left by the owner’s friends/family members so dont be fooled. I have been to Terrace in Encino and the food / vibes were great. This place? AWFUL. The food is literally served at the CLOSING time, the plates are not changed so you keep eating in the same plates. There are no servers around so good luck asking for anything. And how do they compensate for all this? By turning up the music. The noise level is enough for a football field. This place is only open so people go once and never go again. For $95 a person, I definitely had higher expectations. Rating : AWFUL / 10. Also have to add there is a creepy man who was taking videos of girls and women , he was sitting by himself at a table so that made us very uncomfortable as a group of women. Be wary and careful specially if you go with a group of women only.

The service is not acceptable. If you give tips to the server, you get a good service. We did not have any napkins on our table . But the guests before our table gave the server tips then the server brought many napkins . Also, the bread ,the server asked my brother do you want bread then i saw the another guest got bread after tipping the server. The restuarnt already deducts the auto gratuity and the servers should offer the same service for all and that is not the server fault it is the supervisor fault . Finally, the server who is Slava asked my brother when he gave him the amount in cash Do you want the change ? This was the first time we asked like this rude question. The waiters should bring the extra money to the guests and this is all waiters do in another restaurants which is usual and nice way to respect the guests.

Disrespectful and dismissive experience. This was my first time visiting and unfortunately it will be my last. The older gentleman at the entrance immediately made my friend and me feel unwelcome. There was no greeting or check-in interaction, and when I politely asked if he worked there, he responded sarcastically, “No, I’m just standing here.” We left immediately. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and hostile, and it left me feeling singled out and uncomfortable. Customer service and professionalism were extremely disappointing.
