I’ve given this shop multiple chances, and every visit has been a negative experience. I’ve been in there three different times, and each time the owner treated me like I was bothering him just by walking in. The attitude is consistently rude and dismissive, and the staff isn’t any better. They also sell products that break almost immediately, and when you try to bring the issue to them, they refuse to help or offer any kind of return or exchange. For the prices they charge — which are higher than other smoke shops in the area — you would expect better customer service and better quality. After three bad experiences in a row, I won’t be going back. There are plenty of other shops nearby that treat customers with respect and stand behind what they sell.

Best smoke shop in town. Ken and the staff here are great! Always got what you need and super friendly. My go to spot for sure.

The place is beautiful and has so many options from bongs, pipes, vapes, Etc. I highly recommend to visit. The manager Ken is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly
