I had a very disappointing experience with the quality of products at this store. I purchased a pipe that was supposedly under warranty, but it broke after only two days of normal use. When I returned to request an exchange or refund, the employee informed me that returns were not allowed, despite what I had initially been told. The inconsistency in information and lack of accountability was frustrating. I would not recommend this place based on the poor product quality and unhelpful customer service
