Bought this MOTI vape. The cartridge broke (I dropped it) and was then leaking. Went back twice to have it replaced but they do not carry the part and have no intention of stocking it. Went to 5 other vape shops and they don’t carry that brand. If you are going to sell a product, should at least have spare parts for it. Service was very mediocre.

I’ve been holding off on writing a review, but after the 7th time going there only to find the place closed, I think it was time to say something. I’ve gone at different times of days and have find it closed more times than it was open. I’ve learned to call ahead and see if they are even open. Signs are on saying it’s open but it never is. The one time someone was there, the guy said “it was probably lunch time.” At least put a “be back at this time” sign.

Love the store but are never open on time says 11 and I have to come back later to get in 10 min after 11

Great service and lots of products to choose from. Will be back.
