Very poor and rude customer service. Attacking customers verbally when we are trying to spend our money to keep YOUR business alive. We see it failing miserably though. No wonder you guys have such bad reviews, as well as damn near the same response to all the bad reviews. Sad because I used to go there all the time as a kid and teenager. Don’t waste your time or money here! Park view DO BETTER before you lose what little community you still have!

Very rude owners. They act hostile towards everyone if you talk to them they freak out. Treat customers like crap. most the town will not go in there i have seen so many posts on these people its insane that there in business still.

I see alot of bad reviews about this store, but I don't understand why. The employees are usually nice. There's only one employee who has a kind of rude attitude, which is the younger guy who usually works during the day. His customer service is horrible, but everyone else has been really nice.

This store will always have the rudest people working. There is a couple that works together, and the lady is rude every single time I'm in the store. Whether it's me or another customer. Today, a customer was just trying to have a civil conversation with the lady, and she goes, "OKAY... GOT WORK TO DO".. If you can't handle people, maybe don't work customer service. The only reason why I'm giving them two stars is because the location is convenient... this review is about 1 month old. I went to the store today, and the owner tried pressing me about my review and tried to lie about what happened. They are VERY RUDE!! And can't handle the truth. If you have to go to this store, then don't talk to anyone and just leave. The old female dog that works there is a liar that has a husband that will lie also. "GREAT" for business.

The dark haired lady in this store has TERRIBLE customer service. She is extremely rude and called me a liar about my past experience!! Had to go here unfortunately, and she came and me very aggressive when I walked into this store calling me a liar. DO NOT SHOP HERE. it’s very unfortunate because the employee behind the counter is very kind Just went into this store and was trying to create conversation with the lady owner about the music and she was very rude. Asked is this pandora and she said “it’s just the internet” I said “is that pandora?” And she replies “it’s just streaming” extremely rudely. Will no longer be spending money at this store. Makes sense as to why they have mostly bad reviews.
