Good selection, ok prices, nice business owner! ...so I thought.. Update: nah, won't be coming back, disgruntled business owner lady seems to have either mood swings or bipolar disorder. She literally kicked me out of the store after purchase saying I was in the way of her preferred customers..I WAS LOOKING AT SOMETHING ELSE TO MAYBE BUY 5 FEET AWAY!!!..AND I'M A REGULAR.. plus she was like cooking or heating up food on an electric pan or something open air, not sanitary at all. I don't see this location lasting very long, unless management changes or the other locals don't mind the rude attitude to get the fix!

She overcharges for items, and when I tried returning a defective puff bar within 30 minutes of purchasing, she would not replace or exchange for a working item. This is the 2nd time she would not replace an overpriced defective item. Even though I spend money here everyday, she comes up with different excuses as to why she won’t replace defective items. Do yourself a favor and support somewhere else. Because even if your a good customer who buys everyday, she doesn’t care and will still rip you off.

Not only is the majority of items overpriced, but the store owner is also quite rude when items don’t work. She refuses to give a refund or trade out broken products when the item does not work, and claims 0 responsibility to helping paying customers. She also does not seem to understand her own products. Under no circumstance should anyone shop here.

Love this smoke shop, been coming here for over a year now and the woman who works there is the sweetest thing. Very helpful as always and has reasonable pricing on great quality glass and always had a wide variety of pieces that are very unique as well. Highly recommended for a cute and local smoke shop!

I was ripped off hardcore. I bought a JUUL starter pack with 4 pods and charger, and she charged me $100! I didn't think about looking it up online or what the general price was for a JUUL, turns out you can get the starter pack for $49.99 online with free shipping. Still a little bitter but also my fault for not looking it up.
