I used to love this place. The guys were helpful and always happy. I always bought more than I went in for. Those guys have been gone a few months now. There is a guy and girl there. Both unfriendly and VERY unhelpful. The girl especially . I'm treated like I'm interrupting them when I come in. I spend $150-$200 a week usually. I have a new store that is happy to help me and answer questions I have about products. They also have better parking and they have great attitudes.

Abraham is very helpful, patient, and really make sure the customer is satisfied with whatever he or she is purchasing!

The place is really clean and well maintained. The customer service is also very very good. The girl who’s working there is very well spoken and polite.

Sign says OPEN! It is the middle of a TH afternoon and NO ONE AT THE STORE for over a Half hour - -

I really wanted a water pipe that I couldn't break. So I went here, the same place that I bought all of those broken glass water pipes to see if there was a non-breakable option. A silicon option, I'll take it even though it's a bit expensive -- $33.00 out the door. So I take it home, filler up and ugh! It leaks from the bottom at the seam. Being a busy working person, I took it back 6 days later. I get there and tell the guy that it leaked. He asked me 4 times when I bought it, even though I pulled out the receipt after he asked the first time. He took the bottom out of it and said maybe it wasn't properly sealed. I get home and filled it up and it's leaking again. He tested it himself, but we didn't wait long enough for it to leak. Left again and it started leaking on my jeans before we even got home. Go back again and ask if we can't just switch it out for another one and he said no, he has no use for this "perfectly working" pipe as it is sitting on the counter leaking. So I basically threw away $33 for something that probably cost him a buck or two. On top of all of that, I was being really nice and he was extremely rude. Stay away from this place!
