Do not go here. They are scam artists. It’s a shame because they used to have great prices and great customer service. I have been a pretty loyal customer there for 3-4 years now, and I purchased a 100k puff vape 5 days ago. Today I go into get a replacement as it burnt out with 60% juice left. I was told by management that “we are cracking down on replacements”. To me, huge red flag, that means that a lot of people are getting defective vapes. In addition, and someone please tell me if I’m crazy, but this dude had the audacity to say “yeah buts you bought it 5 days ago, that’s a long time” my jaw dropped, and I said “you think 5 days is a long time to go through a 100k puffs?” And he said yes. He told me he could give me a discount, I said 40% would be reasonable as that’s the difference mine died at. He said no. It’s a shame, when I first started coming here years ago if you needed a replacement, it was a no problem. Go to the place down the street.

My first time coming to mesa vapes and the selection they have is incredible, every flavour and style of vape you could ever want and more. Not only that the customer service is defo the best around town Steven and Alex are amazing! Would recommend!

SUPER friendly and helpful! I called ahead to ask if they carried the brand I vape back home in GA. They confirmed they did and set aside 3 for me. When I arrived, they knew who I was and had them ready for me at the register. I felt so welcomed there that they would become my only shop if I lived in the area. Their inventory is amazing as well. They absolutely earn 5 stars in my book!

After coaxing the staffer into helping me he was able to lift a finger and point,no help at all, when I told him what I wanted he said “we’re out” I had to tell him “they’re those right there” maybe he can’t read , I don’t know, what I do know is that is the last time I bother with that supplier.

Mesa Vape has great deals and prices than other shops. I drive 15 minutes to personally get my vapes from Mesa Vape. The staff is very nice and very knowledgeable about the products. When you sign up there, every 10 visits, you get 22 dollars off which adds up. I'll definitely be back for more of my nicotine cravings!!
