This is a fantastic place! Great selection of many items! What really took this adventure to the next level was Andrew and Joe. We called right before close and they stayed open and waited for us to arrive. They were knowledgeable, patient and kind. While we were there, they carded someone who looked underage and the customer became vicious, rude and angry. This weirdo made a scene but these guys never lost their cool and handled it like true professionals. This place has a cool vibe and old school stuff like disco lights, stickers and super cool candy! Joe and Andrew made our shopping adventure such a pleasurable experience. Give this small family owned shop your business. They have everything you need for a great time!!!

Overpriced, scarce, unfriendly. Avoid. Furthermore, you shouldn't eat on top of that display counter while there are customers inside,show a little respect for the work you do.

Update to the below. The owner of the shop called me and apologized for the mix-up. She said she has a pretty good idea of the vendor who shipped her the counterfeit papers. She assured me she is on top of the issue. She insisted on refunding my entire purchase and a box of real Zigzag. Took the box and called it even. I will go back one of these days just to check if they still sell fake papers. Buyer beware - Counterfeit merchandise This was my first time going there. Bought 3 orange zigzag papers, not only they charge more than other smoke shops, the papers are counterfeit, see photo. Called them about it, the lady said she will call me back after she speaks to her manager. She calls me back apologizing, totally fake, you could hear she was just giving a speech. I show up there, it's her and another guy. I tell her how upset I am, she says nothing and motions to the guy. I wait by the guy, he's putting stuff away, I wait a little more. The girl goes to the back and comes back saying her manager will be out soon. At that point patience ran out, told her I changed my mind, that I will dispute the charges with my credit card and report them. Their prices are super high compared to other smoke shops in the area.

After I took their suggestions I have been saving some money on my products. If they keep going up in price on these pods though, then I may have to switch products again.

Really great staff here. I came in with novice questions about what implements to use with wax, and the woman who helped me was really sweet and knowledgeable and helpful - gave me all the advice I needed to get started on a low budget, knew the shop's products well enough to recommend the right things and explain the differences in their functions, and didn't make me feel embarrassed for being inexperienced with concentrates. I left with a ceramic straw style vaporizer and was able to confidently use it correctly on the first try. I'm usually the kind of person to buy things online instead of going into a shopfront, but the customer service and technique advice was totally worth it and I highly recommend supporting this business, they're doing a public service out here.
