No one in the store. I had to wait over 10 min for someone to answer then another 10 min for someone to come to the door. And on top of it it’s robbery. They charged me $40 or a $20 vape.

My office is on the west side. I stopped in here desperate to replace my broken suorin before I started my 20 mile journey home this evening and it was well worth the visit. This beautiful Asian lady helped me and she was kind courteous and knowledgeable. Her customer service is 2nd to none. She made a loyal customer out of me. As times are getting tight it will take service like hers for non essential item stores to survive. Whether she owns the store or she works for someone, I hope the management shows her some appreciation. Thanks!

scammers, tried to charge me $6 for an item that clearly stated $1.99 which i buy everywhere else for that price.

Owner is rude and doesn’t know anything about prices for things he’s selling. Tried to charge me 79.99 for a juul with the 4 pack flavors, should have been 49.99. He was argumentative and refused to even listen to me.
