Why do u guys sell nas tanks even if a customer ask u not to sell to their son if u could refuse service to him because he is getting out of control with these cloudy whip tanks. I found 6 tanks in his closet and I'm doing everything I can to help him stop but he keeps getting them from your shop. We ask u if u can please stop selling them to him the owner has but some else is selling them to him that works there

Customer service is non existent. Very rude guy with glasses, power tripping over nothing and no personality. I could have a better conservation with chatGPT. Prices are outrageously up marked plus, low availability for products and not as much variety. Feel like going into an office for an appointment rather than a smoke shop. Take the extra time to browse what’s in the area before coming here, as this place is unfortunately not it

Nice shop, nice staff however I got out of the car and dropped a $20.00 and didn’t realize it till I was in the store. I think the gentleman that sits there 18 or 24/7 jumped up and grabbed it. He asked me the same question twice about where I lost it. Anyway, I will never go back there. Not cool to have a guy sitting there hoping you make a mistake and drop some cash or a ticket and jump and get it. I bet it was on my lap and fell onto the pavement.

Where do I start, Duarte Smoke Shop is a amazing smoke shop. Ever since Clint took over the spot its been looking amazing. Plenty of different types of glass, vapes, cigar, etc. This place is a must if your in the area. Great customer service as well. LUCKY RETAILER!!!!!

Wow, I don't even know where to start. There's finally a new owner at this smoke shop, his name is Clint. Ever since he took over he's been making some major changes and cleaning. They have a great selection on Bongs. It looks amazing and they're finally open on Sundays.
