Charged me $2.50 for an obviously fake BIC lighter that felt empty and the safety sits lower than the flint wheel (which defeats the whole purpose). Asked to swap it out and they all are fake. Awful business practice. Compared it with all the BICs I have at home and different in many ways. This shop definitely selling counterfeit stuff.

This place is under new management and the customer service has improved drastically. They remodel is very clean and organized and staff is extremely helpful. They carry new products and were willing to place me a personal order!! I recommend this place to everyone!

Excellent service. But they didn't have a very good selection of pipes and hardly any water pipes. The cost of there oil burner was a little high but pretty good quality. I would only come here for emergency spot only.

Owner is super accommodating, helpful, and fair, + they stay open till 9:00 pm, when everyone else closes at 6:00pm. Another plus they have an abundance of inventory of an array of items that are comparably priced ! If your in the area , this is your place!

I don’t usually do ratings, but the customer service on the phone was terrible. He didn’t answer my questions and just hung up on me.
