Been going there for 15 years. Used to have nice young men like BJ and Dan working there. Then the rude, lying, ignorant Paul started working there, and everything changed. One would think the owner would be smart enough to notice the loss of longtime loyal customers and get rid of Paul. We'll see what he thinks when his business is reported to the better business bureau and to American Spirit for allowing Paul to refuse to accept American Spirit's legal coupons, even though they’ve been accepted for years. He literally said “ l’ll accept these, but not those” ,even though they were identical , and came in the same envelope from the same manufacturer?! Good thing there are plenty of other places to take our business .

My girlfriend and I went into this smoke shop to kill a little time and possibly find a gift for her husband. We were browsing and made it to the back of the store where I discovered some Merchaim pipes. I said,"Oh look". The man behind the counter asked if we were going to buy anything and we said "Maybe". To which he replied that we had to leave because we were a waste of his time. Now mind you we are both over 50 years old, clean cut, housewife types and we had been quiet. We hadn't bothered him with a single question or statement. It was very rude and we were stunned. He waved his hand toward the door and said, "Leave!" What a jerk!!!

They are always helpful, greet me and other respectful customers warmly, and they make sure they have my particular rolling tobacco in stock or can get it within a few days on the rare occasion they run out. Any issues I've ever had with products gets discounted at that time and resolved by the following visit.

They do not check id it someone purchases with debit card. My debit card was stolen and used at this shop they didn’t check for id if it matched the debit card.

This is a wonderful shop. They know me personally and know my products. They respect their customers each and individually. Wonderful people.
