The reviews are accurate. Even the nearby vape shop knew exactly who we were talking about because this owner’s or sales person rude behavior is apparently well known. We came in politely and simply asked if they had fruity-flavored vapes. He said yes, so we asked what flavors were available. Since every shop carries different brands and flavors, we usually choose from what is in stock—mango, pineapple, watermelon, etc. Instead of helping us, he said, “I hate selling to people who don’t know what brand and flavor they want,” then continued speaking down to us and insulting my husband. We stayed quiet and asked if he could just sell us whatever mango or pineapple flavor he had available. He went to the cash register but continued lecturing us about how we should be “educated” before buying. At that point, I told him to stop insulting us, and we left without buying anything. We went to the next vape shop, and before we could even explain what happened, the employee immediately knew who we meant and said they had heard similar stories from other customers. No customer deserves to be treated with that kind of disrespect. PS he start screaming it’s illegal for him to sell vape that explain why it’s hidden on the left side cashier, box , I I don’t know.

I have to disagree with this based on my own experiences here. Every interaction I’ve had has been professional, and I’ve never personally experienced the level of disrespect being described. That being said, I also have pretty thick skin. If someone is having a bad day, seems irritated, or comes across a little blunt, I don’t automatically take it personally or let a five-minute interaction ruin my entire day. Not everyone communicates the same way, and sometimes personality differences get interpreted as disrespect. I can only judge a business based on how I’ve personally been treated, and my experiences here have been positive. I think it’s only fair that people reading the negative reviews hear from customers who have had completely different experiences too.

Well I'll tell you I go there all the time get my cigarettes and stuff and I'll tell you very nice people work there I really get along with the one that is there the most every time I see him I go in there and tell him to pack a cigarettes most of the time he already knows he sees me coming in there all the time so I will grab me a soda on my way out and let him know thank you very much for the nice you know service today and I'm on my way now and I'll be drinking my soda and you take it easy and we'll see you tomorrow that's how nice these people are

I been comming here for over a year owner always seemed cool.
