Bought a 3 pack of vape pods. Opened the box and one of the pods was already popped. Not too big of a deal as I figure someone made sure they bought the right product. Cleaned and sanitized the pod then filled with juice. Put it in my vape and it reads no atomizer. Get no draw. Next pod smelled burnt, not a chance I’d fill it and the third had a large crack in the case. Wasted money. I was no longer in the area and it’s not worth the cost of fuel to go back. I will never be going back. Employee also looked like he just hit a whip it. I definitely don’t recommend going here, ever

Do not waste your money here. I went in looking for a flavored vape comparable to Elf Bars Pineapple Coconut Ice vape. He listed off a bunch of flavors he had, and I asked for a "Strawberry Ice" he offered. Sold me a Swift icon Clear vape claiming that it was strawberry. Before opening the package I went back inside since there was no flavor on the packaging, he proceeded to gaslight me and say "I didn't lie to you, it doesn't have a flavor because of the ban on flavored vapes." I accepted his explanation having a gut feeling he just lied to my face. I opened it and tasted nothing but slight menthol, CLEARLY no strawberry flavor whatsoever. Went to the brand website and I was proven correct. I went back some time later asking for my money back since he sold me a product that was not what I was looking for and called him out for lying to me. He lied again to my face that it was strawberry, and that other people believed it did. I told him the placebo effect doesn't work on me and showed him the website where it shows the description saying menthol for the one he sold me. He refused to refund my $30 explaining his manager instructed him to do this. If a business is running based on lying to their customers face just to get the sale, then that is just disgusting to me. He knew full well what he was doing by lying and trying to gaslight me. Take your business elsewhere.

I am writing this review out of genuine concern and frustration. This shop continues to sell nitrous oxide (whip-its) to someone who is severely addicted — despite being directly informed of the situation. This individual has suffered serious neurological damage from chronic nitrous abuse and has literally had to relearn how to walk because of it. Nitrous abuse can cause permanent nerve damage, spinal cord degeneration, B12 depletion, paralysis, and even death. This is not harmless “party” behavior — it is life-altering. I personally called the store to explain the severity of the addiction and the medical consequences this person has already experienced. Instead of showing any level of discretion or responsibility, they continue to sell to them. Yes, nitrous products may be legal to sell. But legality does not remove moral responsibility. When you are knowingly selling large quantities to someone who is visibly addicted and medically harmed, you are choosing profit over human life. People are constantly being hospitalized — and dying — from nitrous misuse. Stores have a choice. This one made theirs. I strongly urge management to reconsider their policies and implement safeguards when clear addiction is involved.

Staff is always kind and friendly. Knowledgeable and sticks to their rules and regulations to be fair and proper. Great place to shop

Noticed this new place and went in to check out. Great selection on e-liquids, equipment, and parts! Evan was friendly and very knowledgeable. I will be stopping by here for coils. This shop supplements the nearby non-specialty shops. More photos to come. Update: Oura Vape & Smoke Shop continues to amaze me! Great prices on coils. Well stocked store. Helpful staff!
