I had an amazing experience at this hookah lounge! The atmosphere was relaxing, clean, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. But the real highlight was the service—Tarun was absolutely exceptional. He checked on us regularly, made great recommendations, and set up our hookah perfectly. His attention to detail and friendly personality really elevated the whole experience. Decent price, they have added a few food options recently to match the vibe and fast service. Nice hangout spot or peaceful place to work while having fun

As a business owner myself, I found the experience very disappointing.one of the worker called inayath or Ali offered hookahs for half the price if I paid in cash or online transfer to him, which is completely unprofessional and unethical, this kind of behaviour reflects poorly on the business and because of this act my overall rating is low I hope the store manager or owner addresses this seriously to Maintain trust with customer

It's a hit or miss. I come here daily and all employees but one, do not bother to change the coals. This location only has customers because there aren't other options during the day. Raise the price, no point of customers saving few bucks when you aren't replacing burned out coals.

Hands down this is the best Shisha place I have been in San Francisco. The place is spacious and stuffs are friendly and understands what you want and how you want the Shisha to be. Shisha is long lasting and good amount of smoke. Bottles are all clean. I’m happy with this place. Wifi is good as well.
