The owners of this franchise do the bare minimum. It’s not being well-maintained and their customer service is lacking. I use the 7-Eleven app whenever I can to try and save the money and they try to rush you through the checkout process for the point where even when they automated screen pops up and says click here to save $3.67 they skip right through it and don’t even give you the opportunity to click on it as you’re checking out and then say that, “oh well, you were too slow”. This hasn’t been the only instance and I’ve come here at least three times and it’s all the same situation. I’m gonna avoid coming here again. 😒🤦♂️
