Worker was in such a hurry to leave. Close at 10PM? Sure. At 9:51 PM he said, “Sorry, we closed. Go to other shop we have they close at 10PM.” Even though they both close at 10PM he did not care or even give proper information in any helpful way. He said anything to dissuade me from wanting to buy anything even after I told him I had cash in hand and only needed 2-3 minutes. I apologize for the franchise if they are better. I just had the experience here with the person who closed shop on Saturday, August 24th at 9:50 PM in a rude way and left at 9:56 PM as I saw him drive away. I don’t want to sound so harsh, but people like that are going to cost you customers. I hope it was a one time thing or you have him shape up or ship out. Disgraceful work ethic..

I went there today to buy some electronic cigarette liquid and the man was very helpful. He even had testers so you could try it before you buy it, which is very beneficial because the bottles of liquid range from $7-$12 depending on size and brand. He knew what he was talking about and was very helpful assisting me with my purchase decision because they have such a wide array of flavors it was hard to choose. I will definitely be buying my electronic cigarette liquid from here from now on.

A family member's stolen credit card was used recently at this smoke shop. The person who rang up the sale ran it through the credit card machine two times and it got red flagged by the credit card company and declined twice. The store then made a third attempt with the same flagged card and it went through. Just saying they never checked for an ID or anything even after the transaction was declined twice. Be careful.

I have no idea what time they open. Website says 9:00am but 10:15 and they are not open and they don't answer the phone. Same goes for ISmoke Shop 2. Great prices but you need to fix this.

Bought a vape pen for $20. Less then 5 days later it wouldn't charge. Took it back and the guy tried to sell us the same type pen for $10. He ended up giving us a cheaper pen worth $10. I'm not even freaken kidding here it is 6 days later and it does not work!!! Took it back and tells us he will sell us a pen for $15 but that's all he can do. He doesn't want to lose money. RIGHT, BUT WERE OUT $20!!!. No dude, like I don't want anything else from you!!
