I love this shop!! I travel all the way across town to shop there because the guy who runs the place always awesome. I have been going there for 4 years and i cant beat his prices. There has only been one time i have had an issue with something i bought (manufacturer error) and he immediately offered me a replacement for free to cover the cost. He said someone else didn't like it and it leaked but it must have been operator error because it worked just fine for me. He is always respectful, smiling, and kind. I consider him a friend at this point and am forever loyal to his shop.

This use to be my to go smoke shop for the last three years but after an issue I had there with the owner and the broken vape I bought, I stopped coming here. The owner Alex seems like a nice guy but dude is short temper and unprofessional. I bought a $65 brand new vape from him but for some reasons it kept leaking even when it’s not filled with juice or when I’m not using it, the coil was inserted correctly too. I had went back and asked if I can exchange it and he saw to that it was leaking even after changing the coil for me. Once he couldn’t fix the issue, he becomes more upset and mad telling me his products don’t have issues blah blah. I told him I dont need a refund I can just exchange it but he wouldn’t let me exchange it or give me a refund. After a few minutes and knowing he was in the wrong, he threw the broken vape harshly into a box with trash and let me exchange the vape for a cheaper vape! I paid $65 for the broken vape but the one he let me exchange for was only $40! I lost $25 smfh. The vape sucked to. Businesses with unprofessional behaviors like his don’t deserve my money

Been shopping here recently and has become my go to store for all my Vape needs. Alex is amazing and his new staff member is extremely helpful. If you want a honest and great customer service! Shop here!

Hi, I went in and was looking at what to buy asked a few questions, from when I walked in he kept asking me what I want I told him I’m looking then he called me out on asking a question, when I told him the item I wanted to buy he said no their old don’t buy from here because I took 5 minutes to look around, it was the Muslim dude with the curly hair had his AirPods in. I’ve been to smoke shops all over Fresno and Clovis, this has to be the most rude and disrespectful guy ever. I ended up buying 2 things because it was late and I didn’t want to go to another smoke shop, but not only was I respectful and just wanted to know more about the item I was buying, this guy was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Nobody else was in the shop the whole time, the only thing I can think of I asked a question while he was FaceTime the whole time, not only that he didn’t realize I speak a similar language, and he was talking bad on me in his language. He told me straight up all his wraps and everything are super old. Go anywhere but here, I will never come back. Thank you
