Normally I don't give bad reviews but on this case I'm going to I feel like they don't they don't even care about screwing you over with $20 I walk in I put $20 on my game vault I walk out I log in and it's not on there I turn around to try to go back in and they said shift change they lock the doors the guy at the door said he would tell the girl he never did and it's going on the 4th day and I still have yet to get my money my $20 on my game both so I wouldn't go here they're very negligent with your money

Hey guys my name is Ramiro Santoyo. I was in the store last night between 10:30 and 11:00. I bought some merchandise and paid for twenty dollars to be put on my Vegas x acct. She forgot to put it on there and I live 40 miles away so going right back there was not an option and no one answers the phone. They are always busy long lines but fast. Some employees need to be friendlier. Other then that there cool.

I take my sister there a lot because she puts money in her account to gamble online. Besides that, they are open 24 hrs a day and my friend is the manager. There is always a lot of seedy characters there and I always run into people I would rather not see. Lol
