It’s not 24hrs. I just showed up and the sign says open and the light sign is on but the door is locked. So please update your hours. That is the most annoying when you have work or things to do and you only have enough time to make one stop and you waste it on places that don’t even both to keep their hours up to date.

Not open 24/7 like they advertise. 2:30am and closed. Sign on door even says open 24/7.

They will accept ur money for the online games but when it comes to cashing u out they never have any money.... Bad business

I was the only customer in the shop and waited for assistance but the fellow at the counter never offered assistance though I was looking at merchandise and tried to get his attention. Another customer walked in and was assisted immediately- I walked out. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Thanks for making it an easy decision!
