I've been coming here for years now and have always had a pleasant experience. They know what they're talking about and are very knowledgeable unlike some of the other smoke shops I've gone to. And their customer service is top notch - I'd give them a solid A+ because they've gone above and beyond to make sure I leave a happy customer. The owners are extremely nice too. Empire Smoke also has a large selection of a wide variety of different items. I live in Clovis but I make the drive to come to this smoke shop. 100% would recommend this smoke shop out of all the ones in Fresno and Clovis.

I bought a caliburn u well vape from this place. They have been out of the coils for a week. This isn't the issue I understand that happens. I begin to ask the cashier John why he sold me a device that not many places sell the coils for. He took that as disrespectful and started yelling at me. I was even gonna ask him if he could refer me to someone that had them but didn't even get to get it out he was yelling so much. Disappointed that people treat customers like that. What's even made the experience worse is the customer before me got extremely good service from John. What's the difference between me and the other guy. He had 50 questions and I had 2 maybe 3. Won't be going here again and will tell my friends about the experience. Disgusting service

Clerk was 30 minutes late opening the store and played cellphone games while talking to me. I don't know where this place gets of calling itself a vape store. They literally only had just one vape tank in stock. The selection is horrible for their products all around and the whole place feels like a disorganized moving sale. Their prices are NOT competitive. Their glass pipe selection is equally disappointing in selection and price. Take my advice and go somewhere else.
