A very bad customer service. I I went in to get a bowl from my bong that just recently broke and wanted to buy a percolator and maybe another bong. Oh the young gentleman was on his phone and earbuds and it was very hard to get any kind of questions out of them about the products I wanted to buy. If I had a cup of percolators on the counter with a bong and he asked me if I was ready to buy which I replied I’m still looking and thinking about my purchase. Oh he rolled his eyes at me and he made it seem I like it was inconvenient for him to help me out making my final purchases. Oh I was about to spend two to $300 and I end up walking out because he wouldn’t help me with any kind of questions I had. Hey if you’re looking for good customer service with good products to sell do not go here.

Tony is awesome! I drove out here from Exeter, about an hour away, and he had exactly what was pictured in his Google image. Lavoo shisha which is nearly impossible to find! He has a great selection of hookah shisha, hookah grommets, and fair pricing. Thanks again!
