We have been coming here for 3 years and something has changed in the last year. The new kid sucks and they are NEVER open on time. Hubby has gone several times at 9:20 or 9:30 and the doors are still locked when the hours say they open at 9. Something has changed and it's not good. Terrible service!

Umm. Well that was fun. I purchased a smoke rig and it was having a little bit of issues but he got it to work. I said I should probably buy another one and he said no no if you have any problems just bring it back and we’ll replace it. 12 days later after spending $80 To buy the darn thing I go back in with the box and all the parts And he tells me “we can’t take it back because then what are we supposed to do with the dead pen here and then you get a brand new one?” I’m like you said if I had any issues I could come back. He told me oh I meant the same day lol. I said I spend $300 a year a month and my son spends a couple hundred and all of our friends. It would be nice to get a simple refund since they probably only paid 20% of what I paid for it So just know that you will not get a refund if you buy anything out of their shop you’re stuck with it lol now I have an $80 paperweight.

I came to this place at 9:19 am on a Monday morning and it’s closed. I called twice. No answer. And it states it’s open seven days a week every single day from 9 AM to 10 PM and it’s closed after 9 AM so basically what I’m saying is that their time is false

The best smoke shop ever!!! They always have what we need and if they don’t they try to get what we need. No smoke shop in Fresno will have your back like mile high, so my advice is make Mile high your Destination. Cuz they are the best, always friendly and never disappoints. I love mile high smoke shop🫡🔥the best in Fresno come down and check them out.

Always helpful always friendly, great collection of glass, anything you want they have. I've never been disappointed when shopping here. Sometimes he's a few minutes late opening up, like today ,but overall, a great place for all your smoking needs.👍 The 4.9 rating should be a 5.9.
