4/20 5 star review. I returned to the store and was helped by Abraham he was amazing so kind, and helpful. Given that it's 4:20 I figured some of the stuff that I ordered in the morning would not be available when I went to pick up, I wish when they say orders are ready to be picked up they would actually pull them so that what I actually wanted didn't sell out. But it worked out Abraham was helpful full and getting me the great products that I wanted at a great price and we can figure my cart. I also got a cute bag with my order December 2025 1 star review. have amazing prices when they have their deals great products. I'm giving a one star because there is a bud tender that is completely rude to every customer and when I get in line he's rude to me and I can't deal so I decided to go pay double the price because I don't want to deal with somebody who is so incredibly rude to the customer. I get it was the holidays I waited for my name to be called waited an hour and he just wants to be rude to everyone. I also think he's a manager not sure though.

Bait and switch liars! They lure you in a with coupon for a free joint. It costs a penny in the fine print which isn't free but that's not the issue. You show up and all of a sudden you have to spend 10 dollars to get the free joint. This is NOT STATED on the coupon. That is dishonest. Keep your money at honest stores.

Maybe it’s just me but they are very polite, professional and helpful from check in to check out. They have a solid selection and if they happen to exhaust supply it’s because they have the best prices and discounts. Today’s deal - Four 100g Arnies cans for under $20 out the door. “Kids” today just don’t know.

Lovely staff. Store is welcoming and pristine. Have had an issue with false advertising in the past that wasn't addressed. Was supposed to get 50% off for me and 50% off for friend when bringing a new customer. Only got 10% off each and was told 40% is taken off original price.... But they already take off 40% automatically so it made no sense to say they took it out of the 50% as well ... The math doesn't work out... Waited for manager call back, but was never contacted and manager was never available whenever I go into the store. Oh, well.... C'est La Vie. I let it go for my own peace of mind, seeing as how they have chocolate bars at such good prices and nice buy 2 get 2 deals. It would be helpful, if they would put aside the items from online orders when they receive them so that people don't waste their time and gas driving there, just to be told that they just ran out even though you put the order in hrs earlier. Also kinda bummed that they always run out of the free w/ purchase items Soo quickly, but won't mention that until you actually arrive at the location.
