Usually pretty satisfy when I go to this shop I purchase a eco-friendly smok Novo yesterday from them. But the battery isn't charging I'm going to go and see if they will do anything for me about it I will update the post with the results

It's everyone's one stop shop! This shop is a whole vibe! I've been coming here literally every single day for almost 2 years and I don't go anywhere else. Not only the products but everyone from the owner to even new employees operate flawlessly on all fronts! I've always called it "The spot" until after a year of going there I finally looked up at the sign. On point! All my friends and fam go there. I love these guys and I love The Spot! Very poor customer service. Then when you do ask for help, it’s like you’re bothering them. I’ll never step into this location again. Do better!
