this Walmart Supercenter on Palm Ave is genuinely one of the better Walmart locations I've been to in the Fresno area. consistently stocked, reasonably clean, and the layout is easy to navigate once you know it. the curbside pickup works well which has saved me so many trips inside. open until 11pm covers most situations and the grocery section is solid for a one stop shop. it's Walmart so the checkout lines can test your patience on weekends but overall this location runs better than most and I keep coming back for the convenience and the prices.

I had a wonderful experience at the Walmart on Ingram Avenue in Fresno. The store was clean, organized, and fully stocked with everything I needed. The employees were friendly and helpful, especially when I needed assistance finding items. It made shopping much easier and more enjoyable. I also appreciated how fast and efficient the checkout process was. Even though the store was busy, the staff worked hard to keep things moving smoothly. The customer service was excellent, and everyone I interacted with was polite and professional. This Walmart location does a great job serving the community, and I will definitely continue shopping here. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a convenient and positive shopping experience.

I went today to place an order for my son’s birthday cake and the lady ( blonde hair, older, wearing vans, im not sure her name) was very annoyed when I asked who I talk to schedule a cake order. I originally ignored her being rude and just tried to continue to ask her for help and tell her what I was thinking about doing but she started just staring at me and not wanting to answer any questions which then led to her just laughing annoyed. I asked if there was anybody else i could talk to because she was being extremely rude to me and she said no she was the only person and started to yell at me and I just walked away and asked for a manger. After talking to the manager the manager was very nice and helped me and I placed my order. Not only was she very rude, yelled, but she also lied and said I couldn’t talk to anyone else. While the manger was helping me also she was wayyyy nicer to people coming by asking them if they needed help. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I want to recognize Kayla in the Bakery Department at Walmart in Ingram for her outstanding customer service. I called several Walmart locations to place a cake order, but unfortunately, I was met with unhelpful and unfriendly responses. When I called the Ingram Walmart, Kayla completely changed my experience. She was professional, patient, and genuinely kind. She listened carefully to everything I wanted for my bulk cake order, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. She took the time to understand my needs and ensured that my order was handled correctly. What impressed me even more was that when I came into the store to finalize my order, Kayla was even more helpful in person. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. Her friendly attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help made me feel valued as a customer. Exceptional employees like Kayla are hard to find. Her customer service skills are truly outstanding, and she represents Walmart in the best possible way. Because of the excellent experience she provided, I will be doing my shopping at the Ingram Walmart from now on. Thank you, Kayla, for going above and beyond. Walmart is fortunate to have such a dedicated, professional, and customer-focused employee on its team. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Today, 5/29/26, I made a purchase of the Knorr Chicken flavored rice packages which were advertised as on sale for $1 for the 11.5 oz packages. Thinking Walmart would honor their posted sales price, I just mentioned to the cashier that they were on sale for $1 and verified the price she rang them up at. She state they were $1.97 each. When I said they were identified as on sale, she called her manager over to check on the sale price. The manager returned and stated that someone had mistakenly marked them on sale, so he could only allow me to purchase one at that price. I had planned to purchase 4 packages, so I promptly left the other 3 packages. I told him that this was false advertisement. He did not care. I’m reporting to as many people as I can. Please watch out for Walmart’s “sale” tactics!!! 😡😡😡😡
