I went to get a vape and they sold me a fake vape thank god I checked it before leaveing the location as pay too much to be ripped off

I don’t know what has happened to this place! Ever since the great guys were let go, the new people don’t care about this business anymore. You call? They don’t answer. You request things? They promise to get it but they don’t and if they do, they don’t give you a call. If the owner ever reads this, I truly wish you’d take care of your business. It’s sad to let people destroy your business.

I've been coming here for years. Good prices, customer loyalty system, great selection and overall good experience. Yes, sometimes the staff can be moody, but overall Ive never had a problem. I got some products that were either wrong or defective, and they replaced it for me without issue. They do take care of their loyal clientele. I'd say they're the best smoke / vape shop around.

If you are looking for excellent customer service and superior products DO NOT SHOP at 2 Bros Smoke & Vape Shop. If zero stars was a rating option I would have given it to them. The older brother/co-owner is quite friendly as long as you are buying something. BEWARE the shopper who purchases one of their overpriced products and it is defective or doesn’t work. My experience… I purchased a torch lighter. I used once and it stopped working so I went back to exchange it 20 minutes after the original purchase. In response to my wanting to exchange the lighter, the owner was rude, dismissive and initially refused me a refund telling me I used the lighter improperly therefore it’s my fault it doesn’t work! I anticipated an easy exchange however the owner expected me to pay for a new product and just return the defective one. He was incredulous that I dare ask for an exchange for a product that was in my possession for all of 20 minutes. He then offered me a 50% discount on the purchase of the new lighter!!! It was so absurd that if I wasn’t so disgusted, I would have laughed. He could have easily just exchanged the $15 defective lighter for another one…. Pretty simple and good customer service. They have no interest in high-quality or even basic quality products. Case in point the second lighters I was given (again ONLY after I refused to pay full price or even 50% for the replacement of the defective lighter) doesn’t work either!! And yes I know all about the use and care of a torch as I’ve had many…. Never had an issue until 2 Bros sub par product. In the event you need to return your item (a high probability) Good luck! The owner is like a sleazy used car salesman. You’ve been warned. Addendum: no masks worn and no mask required to enter 2 Bros. No judgement just a statement of fact. Judge for yourself.

My advice, never ever come to a place selling fake vapes! They have a lot of fake vapes! Almost every 2nd brand is fake! Simply I will never come back for a place that think themselves smart by cheating them customer! Bad review is more than enough and more effective! If they think they can fix it, who cheat you once will cheat you again! I lost $20 but you will lose much more.
