Great experience intelligent person at the register

Never had an issue here. It’s been my smoke shop to go & been lucky with scratchers & lotto for many years but lately every time I been there it’s a new guy who’s got more muscle then customer service it’s seem he has raised price or doesn’t know the fair pricing. I walked out few days ago dude didn’t even notice I was inside waiting to do a purchase.

0 stars. Never open on the time it says. They lying about the schedule and closing early I went two hours before and they close keep in mind not a holiday or anything they just false advertising especially since this isn’t my first time dealing with this issue. I guess the owner doesn’t check on employees or something

Overpriced unless you buy multiple products. The first time I went there a very nice gentleman helped me. He took extra time to help me find exactly what I wanted and we even struck up a nice conversation. Once other customers came in I went searching for other things I might possibly want. I actually wanted to buy more just because of how great he made my first experience there. Once he was done helping the other customers he came back to help me once again and we continued our conversation. Every time after that, the people that worked there were NOT nice or gentlemanly. They barely knew their product lines and they didn’t care to help. It baffled me how unwelcome the different employees made me feel. Needless to say, I will not be going back again. Come to find out, the individual that helped me the first time was not an employee, he was a friend of one of the employees.

Good people, good products, fair prices. What more can you ask for? The shop is well stocked and has a great walk-in humidor. I'm a cigar smoker and I can find everything from top-end cigars to very reasonably priced, lower-end "every day" smokes. This is my go-to smoke shop, great place!
