Literally one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at both a cigar shop and a cigar lounge. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and treated like a valued customer. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman who helped me, but his customer service was outstanding. He took the time to answer every question I had without making me feel rushed and even asked if I’d like a different seat so I’d have a better view of the TV. It’s those small details that made the experience feel like true VIP treatment. Their cigar selection is top-notch, with an impressive variety for every type of smoker, and the prices were better than any other shop I’ve visited. It’s rare to find a place that combines great pricing, an amazing selection, and exceptional customer service all under one roof. I was so impressed that I’m already planning to come back this weekend to purchase a full box of cigars. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer, and I can honestly say this will be my go-to cigar shop and lounge from now on. Highly recommend checking this place out!

I stumbled upon Cigar City while I was next door, and I’m so glad I decided to check it out. The shop is incredibly clean with a great layout and a top-tier humidor. They have a solid selection of cigars, lighters, cutters, and everything else you’d need. What really sets this place apart, though, is the hospitality. I was greeted by Kyle and Avo, who were welcoming enough to let me sit, smoke and chat with them. We talked about cigars, life, and everything in between—they made me feel like an old friend within minutes. A huge thanks to Kyle for recommending the Angelenos cigar; it was absolutely delicious and has easily become one of my new favorites. I’ll definitely be back and will be bringing friends along next time!

Great Cigar lounge in the North Valley! Huge selection for all tastes. Owner is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. Tons of seating for groups of friends to come have a smoke together. This is definitely my new spot to come unwind after a long day.

This place has unbelievable service. Unbelievable lounge, great upscale cigars. If they don't have the cigar you want they will be able to get. I highly recommend you stop by and check it out.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt the need to, because we only need places like this and business owners that still appreciate the customer. Amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt welcomed from the first visit. The lounge is great.. plenty of seating…no special B.S private area fees. The cigar selection is great. You want ultra premium they got it, you want mid range they got it, budget friendly ya they got it. This is a friends and family spot. I really enjoyed the convos with the owners and customers, never felt out of place. If you want a great smoke with friendly people …no other place in Granada …porter ranch ..mission hills even comes close.
