I have never had a bad experience here. They're just really friendly and super helpful. I bought a Zippo lighter from them a while ago, and I had no idea how to fill it, so they filled it for me. Just great customer service. They are always super nice and have a great selection of different products. They're all around good people.

I've been receiving nothing but the utmost quality of service since 2018. I will continue to come here for the foreseeable future. The owner even memorizes you if you come often enough and will make recommendations, and even hold items for you. Bring a friend. This place is pretty cool.

Horrible customerservice. I thought they were cool until I bought 2 torch lighters a month apart both broke within a day of having them. They sell faulty merchandise. Owner tried showing me torch lighters they sold and 5 of them he tried didn't turn on. Don't go here they sell bogus products and try offer you buy a replacement instead exchanging the defective product

Hands down this place has the best!! customer service ever. Every time i come here they treat me really nice which has me coming back to them every time. I wish othere businesses were like them, but they aren't. I recommend anybody to come here to see for themself what im talking about.

New owners. They have limited inventory compared to before, frequently out of items. Also, they charge about $3 more a carton than the previous owner.
