So one star is honestly being nice for this place .....I would give it no stars or half if that was an option. Came here because it has the only ATM in entire Shopping Center. Sign said they opened at 9am, guy shows up at 915 with bloodshot eyes (I know its smokeshop but really!?!) then when going to open the door curses and says he forgot the keys..... he told me he would be back in 20 minutes it is now 10:05 and I'm still standing outside in the cold just because I want to get cashback which is not an available option at the 99 cent store or the Big Lots ....gotta f****** love Hayward

The best smoke shop in the area friendly staff with reasonable prices just ask for mo and you will be more than happy!
