Busy. it's more of a head shop. parking in front not easy so parked in the back but you gotta go down an alley back doors are locked, not for the public. Prices were similar to most places, attendent was nice and helpful. I did leave quick due to a Wiley eyed vagrant that came in and trailed me out. Being in a more active area by hotels they had a bunch of glassware and vape stuff. Security was tight. That's good but it's better to park in front.

I will never go back and I’ve been going there for years. Bad customer service disguised as being cool. I came in looking for a product before I just order it online and the lady said she would order them and to give her a few days. Wanting to support our local smoke shop, I end up waiting over 2 weeks! and I don’t even think they ordered them because I would call periodically and they’d give me the run around. Rubbed me so disgustingly wrong, I’ll never return and I would never recommend them.

Came in today for a disposable that always comes with gummies. I opened the box and it’s half empty with only the disposable in it. You can clearly tell that they took the Gummies out of the box. There wouldn’t be such a big box for no reason. I went back inside and told her the Gummies were missing from the box and she said none of the boxes had Gummies. I’m pretty shocked that they’re still selling these after they removed a product from the box. So disappointing

A few days ago I went in to this shop to get a flum, we got a black flum called cotton candy, out the box it tasted exactly like mint and rocks. Not any better now I checked the juice level and it was bearly coated. Be carful from faked flum products because this shop sells nothing legit. I’m not coming back because of the fake products and the bad customer service and experience. My choice to take my business elsewhere.

Call to ask him a question, he just told me to come check him out and hung up on me, tried calling back to get the answer to my question because they were a bit out of my way so I didn't want to come check him out if they didn't have what I needed but he wouldn't pick up, the worst customer service I've ever experienced my whole entire life and I used to live in Phoenix
