I’ve been coming to this shop since the day they opened, (14 years!) and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming every time I walk through the door. It’s rare to find an owner who truly cares about his customers and takes the time to make sure you’re happy with what you're getting. absolute worst, charging $15 more than most shops for just your average flavor ut vape , they are a joke and to top it off they want to argue the fact that by loosing a customer like me is like loosing 50 people bcuz I spread the word. I’ll never shop there again . Punks .

To be fair I used to love this place. Been shopping here for 5 yrs. No more. The employees (2 specifically) the last 6 times I have been in are rude, don't seem to know anything about the products they are selling, and when I mentioned I could get an identical product online for FIFTY PERCENT less than they were charging they told me to just do that instead. Well. That's why small businesses don't stay in business. If I can get better customer service from a bot, I'll take the bot.
