Great experience. Haven’t had a vape in years and wasn’t sure what I was looking for. The employee asked me a couple questions like what did I have before and what flavors I liked. Recommended the most popular one, even unboxed it for me and had it ready to go when I walked out.

woman working has a very rude demeanor and size. If you don't know exactly what you want at that moment and sighs like you're wasting her time.

If you like being degraded as soon as you walk in the door, come here.

Great service, clean and great selection of glass!

Bad customer service, I understand times are difficult but wow. Purchased two Cloud Bars, one of them did not work at all and they claimed they could do nothing about it! I recommend heading over to Jakes Smoke Shop! The boss man will always take care of you no matter what even if he isn’t in the store!
