I rarely, very rarely post bad reviews. This one is not just for other customers but directed to the owners. I am a business owner and if someone I trusted to treat my customers treated ANYONE the way I was treated, I would want to know. I read the other reviews and I can tell who was served by this person. I will not return and I spend a good amount of money on my one vice, my vape. This girl was rude from the moment I walked in. They didn't have what I was looking for and I had tried 6 times before coming to call but got the answering machine. I asked her if she could check with the other location for what I needed and before I could even finish asking I got a hard "NO"! I told her that I couldn't get through...still no but she now started huffing after her answers. Still, I saw that they had the juice I prefer...but it was about $10 more than other spots but its hard to find fresh juice so I asked, like I always do, in my always warm, kind way if I could see the juices...I check for good color, lighter the fresher. She, literally, pulled the bottle away from me saying "No!, I open, I open!!!" with more huffing and this time she rolled her eyes at me and slammed the bottle on the glass counter. At that point I had enough...I told her that the owner would be pretty upset to know how she was behaving. Like a 3 year old who doesn't want tp share their toys and needs a snack and a nap! Shame on her, I do not appreciate being treated like that and I urge others to steer clear of this vape shop! I didn't get her name...but if the owners want to reprimand her this was at about 4 or 5pm on Monday the 3rd of August. She needs to go!

I had such a great experience at this vape shop! The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. They carry an impressive range of products and keep their stock updated in real time, which is super convenient. There are so many different vape brands to choose from, and the shelves are always full and well-organized. The store itself is very clean, and their prices are much better compared to other places I’ve been to. Right now, they even have a “buy three, get one free” deal on some items, which is an awesome bonus. Their hours are also very convenient—open from 9 AM to 8 PM. Kai was great today. I love being greeted with such a smile and pleasant demeanor. I travel out of my way to go to this vape ahop for their selection of both geek bar and foger vapes. Today was a great experience. I was able to take my time and peruse the selection, then make my choices and purchase easily. Thanks Kai for the good convo!
