I was pleasantly greeted by Sascha, who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help me find exactly what I needed. The shop was clean, well-organized, and had a relaxed vibe, making it a comfortable place to browse. Their prices are competitive, and they often have great deals. I highly recommend Cloud X to anyone looking for top-notch products and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be returning!

Great shop with awesome vibes! Came in just to browse and ended up walking out with exactly what I needed thanks to the super knowledgeable staff. They’ve got a great selection of glass,vapes and accessories- everything’s well organized and reasonably priced. Plus, the dude Sascha was very chill and didn’t try to upsell me, just gave honest advice. Definitely my go to spot from now on.

All the employees are super friendly especially Sascha , most of the time I go in there’s he’s always helping me out . Can’t wait to see what comes in next 😄
