I had a great experience at Robinson Rancheria Smoke Shop. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of products at competitive prices. Checkout was quick and easy, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service.

Hours of operation are inconsistent. I’ve waited one too many times for the clerk to come back from a “half hour” lunch break. Tonight there was a line waiting, that half hour came and went and the clerk didn’t show back up. Konocti and Wolfcreek have about the same prices, give them your business because these people obviously don’t want it.

They close for lunch but never come back in time. Waited over 30 minutes AFTER they were supposed to be back
