Alsome customer service here I bought me a $70 single hose hookah here every thing came with it they guy packed it I'm with care got it home n luv been using it every Saturday Philippe is an excellent cashier n he is very respectful thank u again will be coming here often to get my hookah coals.

I have never written a review in my life, but this experience was so bad I felt like I had to. The supervisor, Lance, had one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever encountered—completely disrespectful and rude the entire time. He refused to provide his full name when asked, which showed a lack of accountability. There was also another employee (glasses and a mustache) who was not helpful at all and added to the poor customer service. Mind you, I had my ID and was fully prepared to follow their policies, but Lance still gave us a hard time for no reason while selling to my boyfriend. His claims about “protocol” felt inconsistent and unfair. I also witnessed behavior that raised serious concerns about who they were selling to. When the situation escalated, they refused to call the police when I requested it, which made everything even more frustrating. Overall, this place felt unprofessional, shady, and uncomfortable. 0/10—this is the first and last time I will ever come here, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The service we received from this staff member was rude and completely unhelpful. Definitely not a place I’d return to.

First time ever Entering this cigar shop, they have a very unique and great selection of cigars. Izzy greeted me with profound customer service, and Emilie was quite knowledgeable as well. Definitely will be returning back again. The only downside is that you can not leave a tip which, is very important whenever you’re visiting a traditional cigar shop. Please consider tipping ppl. 😁

Awesome smoke shop I always go here . I fell off my bike and they even gave me banaids :3 super people great products!
