hi, i walked by your shop and saw what went down. i’d rather stay anonymous but you can call me tanaya. just being real, i don’t mess with that at all. the way your employee lance was talking to that girl was straight up disrespectful and kinda nasty. it felt aggressive for no reason and made everything uncomfortable to even watch. she was trying to be chill and cooperate and it still got handled wrong. and refusing to call the cops when she asked? that just made it worse. i don’t know them, i was just there passing by, but that whole situation was not cool at all. you should probably look into that. —tanaya

Went in looking for some accessories to a vape I have (this place is a supposed Storz and Bickel retailer). Your cashier, the five head guy working on 04/11/2026 8:00pm, couldn’t have showed a more lazy or careless attitude than he did to my buddy and I. I asked if he had any vapes and the mannerless and untrained guy just looks at me in the eyes and points in a general direction of the store… uh… ok? I didn’t see what I was looking for, so I ask if had any specific brand of wraps. This antisocial guy, again, points to a general direction of the store (specifically, a wall of wraps and cigs)… What about a word? Or doing your actual job? I ask if he could do more than just point aimlessly and tell me where they are… and the guy has the galls to get mad at a reasonable request. I thought I was walking into a store but instead found zombies?

Great shop with everything you need to smoke anything you want to smoke. Came in because my husband saw a collection of Keith Haring bongs, bubblers and pipes. We got a bubbler for $130 after tax. A little more than what we planned to pay for a bubbler but this piece is one solid piece, bowl is attached, and hits extremely well. No regrets. Nice variety of snacks and drinks here too. Everything feels high quality, and it’s clean. 7th street is currently under construction, there’s no parking. It’s more of a local walk-up spot as it’s open 24/7

This smoke shop has amazing customer service and great products. Izzy and Angel were a big help and they made my experience at the shop well worth the visit.

Located in DTLA so you know finding street parking is a myth and there's a 96.7% chance you'll be breaking a twenty or using a card. The shop is rather small inside and resembles a hole in the wall bar on the outside. Decent prices and selection similar to other shops. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Added bonus for those who love the smell of fresh urine in the morning before entering the shop! Other than that and being asked for change 127 times, everything was fine. 3 Stars!
